Penguin Land

Luckily, with his eggs trapped on apparently such a hostile planet, Overbite is free to walk and jump around the rounds to his hearts content. A vast majority of the blocks are blue ice blocks. Overbite can break the ice blocks beneath him by pecking them and the egg can then be pushed through the gap. Be careful though – the egg can’t fall more than three blocks downwards without breaking, so you’ll have to take some time to consider which blocks to break.

She will do anything to get the perfect shot. Butt in front of you, kick high harry, etc…Kodak Kathy has a short term memory and thus must take pictures of everything to remember the good times. Little does she know, she wont remember the concert, just taking pictures of it. Usually spotted with camera held high in the air, pushing her way to the front of the stage to get that perfect shot, pissing off everyone in her warpath.

Dressy Bessy

The most recent release from Dressy Bessy was 2008’s ‘Holler and Stomp’, a more eclectic album than their previous ones but no less enjoyable to listen to. With their next album currently underway, the future looks bright for this energetic band, and for Tammy herself whose artistic aspirations extend beyond the musical. Very much the front-person, she has been the principal song writer since the band’s third album and has designed all the band’s album covers.

Iron Man 2 Review

For a film driven by a tale of revenge, Iron Man 2 had the potential to be much darker than its predecessor, much like Empire Strikes Back was to Star Wars, but it’s surprisingly bereft of negative emotions, instead presenting most scenes in a light-hearted, sometimes comedic way. Fair enough, the first film did this too, but the effect is more noticable here due in no small part to Rourke’s imposing performance as scruffy

Rebecca Black: Friday

You can make fun of pop music or rap music or even J-pop, but at least sometimes the songs are catchy or the artist does have skill even if the song is cheesy. I guess the question you have to ask yourself is does it matter how you become famous as long as you become famous?

Iron Man

Stark to a tee, as does the decor of his updated, futuristic Malibu mansion – his workshop is full of super-advanced technology and watching him interact with it all is really enjoyable, especially his banter with his computer and robotic helpers! As you might imagine, after three months in captivity, in a cave, in fear of his life, Tony’s ordeal changes him. When he finally gets back home, he declares that the company he inherited from his father

Class Struggle

Class Struggle manages to combine marxist theory, excellent humor and sheer fun. Each player is randomly (as in real life) assigned as a class and races towards the center of the board (in a spiraling way) in order to win the final confrontation of the classes. Should the workers or their allies win, it’s socialism. Should the capitalists or their allies win, it’s not. The rules are simple

New terms: Concert edition

Edit: ** I have been informed that I have invoked the name of Justin Bieber too much in this article. Therefore his name will be changed to…………. Justin Bieber. Thank you. He sucks. And with all the internet rage against him, it still isn’t enough. He sucks. Pop music sucks. Thank you.**

Pipe Dream

The pieces of pipe you lay are each the size of one grid square and they appear one at a time in a random order. They include horizontal pieces, vertical pieces, corners, crossroads, and small reservoirs (which buy you a little time when the flooze is on its way!). Much like Tetris with its ‘next piece’ indicator, here you get to see the next five pipe pieces in the queue so you can plan ahead to some extent, but if you get any pipe pieces you don’t want, you can dump them elsewhere on the grid.

Yu Gi Oh Card Collecting

So I have been getting back to one of my old hobbies once more. Back years and years ago I used to play the Yu-Gi-Oh trading card game at the local card shoppe and had a blast each weekend. Then finally the fun ran out as I spent a lot of money on the cards(probably more than a grand altogether) and decided to step down. Now, I decided to start playing again but with more precaution. Anyways, I picked up a three pack with random variant card to start off and decided to post photos of the package opening.

Mega Man

The game is a compilation of Mega Man 4 and Mega Man 5 bosses and battles. That’s not bad at all since they had some interesting robot masters to begin with although everyone else felt they were already running out of ideas (Mega Man 9 and 10 proved you wrong suckers!) The game does feel at times that it was changed to try to make it into a different Mega Man game but did that to no avail. The game just feels like a shattered down NES Mega Man title and that’s all there is to it.

Behind Enemy Lines

Granted, there’s not a hugely intricate, interweaving plot, but this is a solid and exciting action film, albeit fairly typical Hollywood fare. Gene Hackman is in familiar territory but does well with his limited screen time. Owen Wilson, however, proves surprisingly proficient in his portrayal of the initially panic-stricken, deer-in-the-headlights, Burnett, clearly out of his comfort zone.
