The Obsolete Gamer Show: Online Gambling & eSports with Scott Cooley (Bookmaker EU)

There’s no denying that eSports is becoming mainstream and will be up there with other sports in viewership as well as participation. One way you can tell this, look to the sports bookers. The gamblers know, they put their money where the action is and know what people will be interested in and they also know a winner when they see one.

We talked with Scott Cooley, the official spokesperson for Bookmaker.eu one of the largest sportsbooks in the world that are now offering betting from some of the biggest eSport tournaments ranging from European Gaming League to Evolution Championship Series and Major League Gaming.

We talked to Scott about the changing face of sports betting and how eSports came to be included in the world of online betting as well as how it may influence how we look at the sport.
