Bill Wood Rocks – Me and You

The purpose of this wee dittie was to make sure I still had "it". Obviously "it" is a subjective article and I can say without prejudice or (more importantly) any justification whatsoever that I do, in fact, still have "it".

However this would be a very short song description where I not to continue, so I shall point out that with this song I wanted to see if I could compose, arrange, layer and produce a song in one day. So I picked up my guitar, composed the opening riff, and finished up with what you are hearing below about 2.5 hours later. So, yes. It's hardly Bohehiam Rhapsody and it's far from Slaughtered Authors, but an up front honest love/punk song it is, and considering there was less than a ninth of a day between its conception and its immortalisation, (and that there is only the one Bill Wood in Bill Wood Rocks) I'm fairly happy that I do still possess "it".

I still can't sing though. Happy to have someone, anyone, sing and re-record all of this, and my back catalogue, in my stead. Any… professor… types out there?
